Throughout these Terms, “Lucecle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lucecle. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using the Services.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase through the website.
If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that your purchase is for lawful personal use.
3. ONLINE STORE PLATFORM
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products to you.
Your use of certain Shopify features, payment services, accelerated checkout options, or third-party services may also be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by Shopify or the applicable service provider.
4. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You may be able to create a customer account or complete a purchase as a guest.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
5. PRODUCTS AND NATURAL VARIATION
Lucecle creates and sells jewelry and accessories that may include natural stones, pearls, shells, amber, wood, resin, cords, plated finishes, gold-tone components, handmade details, and other natural or crafted materials.
Natural and handmade materials may vary in color, pattern, shape, size, texture, inclusions, surface marks, and arrangement. These variations are part of the material and handmade character of each piece and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products and display colors and images accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, natural material variation, and production differences.
Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product availability, materials, designs, packaging, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
6. JEWELRY CARE AND USE
Jewelry should be handled and worn with appropriate care.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising, using household chemicals, or entering hot springs, saunas, pools, or seawater.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, sunscreen, cosmetics, alcohol, cleaning products, and excessive moisture. Store jewelry dry and separately, and wipe it gently after wear.
Normal wear, tarnish, finish changes, cord wear, scratches, and changes caused by moisture, chemicals, friction, impact, storage, or improper care are not manufacturing defects.

7. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
The price charged for a product is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and other charges may be calculated or added at checkout when required. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
Promotional codes, discounts, and offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and usage limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
8. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment or shipped, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting it. Contact support@lucecle.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing.
9. SHIPPING, PRE-ORDERS, AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Some items may be handmade, made in small batches, temporarily backordered, or offered for pre-order. Estimated availability or shipping dates for these items may change.
If we cannot ship within the time stated when you placed your order, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier operations, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control may occur.
Risk of loss and responsibility for an order will transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected shipping terms. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy published on the website at the time of purchase.
Eligibility may depend on the product’s condition, packaging, return window, proof of purchase, authorization requirements, and whether the item was personalized, customized, final sale, or otherwise excluded.
Unless the Refund & Return Policy states otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If an eligible customer wants a different item, the original item must be returned in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy and a new order must be placed.
Nothing in our return rules limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its contents—including text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, branding, logos, artwork, videos, page designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Lucecle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, scrape, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from Lucecle or the applicable rights holder.
12. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, question, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
You grant Lucecle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, contains personal information, or violates these Terms.
We are not required to publish every submission. We will not knowingly alter a customer review in a way that materially changes the reviewer’s meaning.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website or Services to:
• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious information;
• transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or extract website content for unauthorized commercial use;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or network;
• make fraudulent purchases or abuse promotions, refunds, returns, chargebacks, or customer-support processes; or
• engage in conduct that harms Lucecle, our customers, service providers, or other users.
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action if we believe the Services are being misused.
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social platforms, applications, carriers, and other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Lucecle endorses the third party.
15. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, and other website content.
Where legally permitted, we may update information or cancel an affected order if material information was incorrect. If an order is canceled after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated on the website or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucecle and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including where liability cannot legally be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lucecle harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Lucecle for Lucecle’s own unlawful conduct or for responsibilities that cannot legally be transferred.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in hosting, payments, analytics, customer support, fulfillment, shipping, security, and marketing.
20. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, created a security risk, or misused the website.
Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, liability, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
21. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A failure by Lucecle to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout or on a product page, form the agreement between you and Lucecle regarding use of the Services and purchases from the website.
If a product-specific or checkout term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will apply to that product or transaction, subject to applicable law.
23. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws that apply to you.
